What we collect

When you use the contact form we keep your name, email address, company (if you give it), topic and message. When you sign up for news about our apps we keep your email address and the app page you signed up on.

When you send a project proposal we keep your name, email address, role, company and link (if you give them), your answers about the idea, and your answers about budget, funding, timing and who decides.

To stop spam we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent with each message. We can't turn the hash back into your IP address.

How we use it

We use contact details only to reply to you, and sign-up emails only to tell you about new app launches. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Project proposals are confidential. Only the people assessing them can read them, we use them only to decide whether to work together, and we don't share them with anyone else.

Where it is stored

This site is hosted by Vercel. Messages and sign-ups are stored in MongoDB Atlas in Singapore. Emails are sent through Resend, and discovery calls are booked through Cal.com, which shares the booking time and your name and email with us. These providers process data for us under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you: it records the page, the referring site, and your country, browser and device type, in aggregate.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing hello@appquick.co. We delete enquiries that no longer need a reply after two years, and remove you from app news as soon as you ask.
